Leak detection in Greece, led by an engineer
Hidden water leaks, damp walls, pools that lose water, roofs that let rain through. We find where the water is coming from, without breaking floors or walls, so your plumber or contractor opens only at the right spot.
LeakMaster – Technical Testing & Analysis Services has worked on leak detection since 2016, with more than 100 major projects across Greece: hospitals, ports, motorways, hotels, industry and private homes.
We find the source and the exact spot of the leak, with a guarantee.
What we do
-
Pool leak detection: your pool loses more water than evaporation explains. We find whether it's the shell, a fitting or the pipework, and mark the spot.
-
Hidden water leaks: high water bills, a meter that keeps turning, boiler or underfloor heating losing pressure.
-
Damp and mould: we find whether it's a leak, the roof, a neighbour, rising damp or condensation, before you pay for the wrong repair.
-
Roofs and waterproofing: High & Low Voltage testing of bitumen membranes and waterproofing layers, without stripping them, even on a wet roof.
-
Drains and pipe mapping: CCTV drain inspection and mapping of unknown underground networks.
-
Technical reports: written reports signed by an engineer, for insurers, lawyers and property managers.
Owners who live abroad
Many of our clients own a holiday home in Greece and are not there when a problem appears. A property manager, caretaker or neighbour can give us access. You receive the findings and the photos of the marked spot by email, so you can instruct a local contractor with confidence.
Who comes
Christos Georgakas, Electrical Engineer (T.E.), Energy Auditor and Energy Inspector of Buildings, with InterNACHI training and long experience in senior roles in heavy industry. We only diagnose; we don't do repairs, so our findings are impartial.
Where we work
All of Greece, with a regular presence in Athens, Thessaloniki and Volos, and frequent work in Halkidiki, Pelion, the Sporades and the Peloponnese.
